Add Expense and Subscriptions
Log one-time expenses and pick from a rich subscription catalog.
- On Manage, use Add Expense to log a one‑time expense.
- Click the small blue list button next to Add Expense to open the Subscription Picker.
- Select a provider, set price if needed, and add it as an expense.
- Amounts now show a visible $ prefix next to the input for clarity.
Manage Filters
Quickly focus your table on subscriptions or categories.
- Use the new Subscriptions item in the left sidebar to show only subscription rows (e.g., Netflix, Spotify).
- Subscriptions are auto‑classified from provider catalogs; badges appear in the description cell.
- Switch back to All Transactions to view everything.
Payment Log
Search, export, and manage your logged bill payments.
- Go to Payment Log to view logged bill payments.
- Use the search box with filters like over 100, under 50, or text matches.
- Click Export to Excel (CSV) to download the current view.
- Use Clear Log to delete the currently visible items. You’ll be asked to confirm.
Bills Due & Log Payment
Record payments directly from the upcoming bills list.
- On Manage, open Bills Due to see upcoming items.
- Click Log Payment to record a payment directly into the log.
Login and Security
Access control and 2FA for secure operations.
- Login to enable saving transactions and clearing items server‑side.
- Two‑factor authentication may be required if enabled on your account.
Tips
Helpful filters and matching for smoother workflows.
- Use Bills only toggle in Payment Log to focus on recurring bills.
- Subscription name mapping (e.g., Metro by T‑Mobile → Metro PCS) helps match providers.
- In Manage, type and category badges help prevent mistakes when logging transactions.
